About Newbridge Nurseries

Newbridge Nursery has been at Broadbridge Heath, Horsham for over thirty years , originally growing Shrubs and Bedding Plants to sell through their small retail shop on site. The old nursery was sold in 1995 to my family (who were supplying Newbridge at the time with plants) and was then developed into a modern retail Garden Centre, where we have continued to expand into one of the largest Independently owned Garden Centres in Sussex, still very much specialising in Plants.

My background is growing plants (see nursery page) and due to the expansion of the garden centre over recent years has meant we are now able to offer a wonderful selection of plants throughout the year.

We are visited regularly by many Landscape Designers and Gardeners who choose to buy our plants because of their quality, competitive price and superb range on offer.

We feel our strength lies in core gardening never forgetting why the majority of our customers visit Newbridge Nurseries, reiterating why we are called .

The Garden Centre That Grows!
Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are always on hand to offer advice to customers and we pride ourselves at being able to obtain any plant that may not be currently in stock.

Our successful growth over the years has meant we have been able to diversify into other products associated with today’s modern living environment.

Quality Garden Furniture and more recently Interior Oak & Conservatory Furniture have both been wonderfully successful. Barbecues and other summer garden accessories are continually responding to the demand of our customers. Our Independence is our strength allowing us to introduce products quickly as the season changes.

Over the past two years we have expanded our Landscaping department offering our customers a wide range of competitively priced Paving , Fencing, and Water Gardening products. We have our own regular delivery service responding to our customers demands for those large awkward products.

The future is bright at Newbridge Nurseries, with parking for over 100 cars all within easy reach of the entrance. Disabled parking , wheelchair and toilets facilities are available. A new one hundred and forty seater restaurant is planned for 2009.We would very much like you to join our FREE Gardening Club ( see membership page) where I can keep you informed of the Newbridge News as and when it happens. Thank you
